Pawling School charters, 1908,1914.

This series consists of the original charter of incorporation issued to the Pawling School by the Board of Regents on March 12, 1908 and an Amendment to Charter issued February 26, 1914. These charters were returned to the office of the Secretary of the Board of Regents upon dissolution of the corporation and issuance of a new charter in 1930.
